Kid's (Ages 7-12)
Jiu-Jitsu
When it comes to self-defense, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu empowers smaller individuals to defend themselves against a larger opponent. Jiu-Jitsu helps kids gain confidence, learn discipline, focus their energy, foster respect for others, and be a part of a one-of-a-kind community.
Adult's (Ages 13+)
Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a form of martial art that everyone should learn. While teaching you practical self-defense skills, BJJ will aid in building strength, improving cardio, and enhancing your mental health.
